Located between Grantham and Newark, we operate throughout Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.

NEW BUILDS
This is something of a specialist area for NSA. Using eco-friendly products and services, most of which are now compulsory on new build homes, our new build projects are built with quality workmanship, materials and products.
EXTENSIONS
All projects are designed around your exact needs. We can do anything from Oak framed, block and render to stone or brickwork, with great care taken to source materials that both complement and match your existing home.
RENOVATIONS
There is no job too big or too small when it comes to home renovations. We offer a wide range of services – everything from tiling to fitting a new fireplace to a complete home refurbishment.
BARN CONVERSIONS
The NSA team has extensive experience of creating perfect properties in barn conversions from bespoke joinery to traditional trades such as limestone plastering.
LANDSCAPING & GROUNDWORKS
We offer a full range of landscaping and groundworks – from underground drainage installation to a completely fresh garden layout.
MAINTENANCE
Talk to us about repairs and maintenance work, from a replacement brick, leaking gutters or broken roof tile to a plaster patch up and interiors issues – we can do it all.
